Client Portal Overview (Start Here)
The portal is made up of two main areas: your Dashboard and the Help Center.
Dashboard
Use your Dashboard to manage your day-to-day operations, including:
- Setting up and managing products (SKUs)
- Inbounding products to the warehouse via Purchase Orders
- Creating and tracking orders
- Viewing inventory and shipments
Your Dashboard is your primary workspace for all operational activity.
Help Center
The Help Center is where you can find information, submit operational requests, and get help from our team. Browse step-by-step guides and tutorials for the Dashboard and managing your operations. Access this Help Center anytime from your Dashboard by clicking the “?” icon.
Operations
Submit operational requests using structured forms (e.g., inbound freight, work orders, or claims).
Request Support
Need help or have a question? Submit the Request Support form.
For the fastest and most accurate assistance, submit all requests through the Help Center.
My Requests
Track and manage all of your submitted requests online. Once you submit a request via the Help Center, you can respond via email (you do not have to respond via the Help Center).
My Requests requires user-specific login, separate from your Dashboard. Optional: sign up via the Help Center.
