[Account](https://client.badgerfg.com/articles/account?hsLang=en) # Email Notifications ### Overview Badger automatically sends email notifications for key operational events. Each notification type can have its own list of recipients, allowing different teams within your organization to receive the information most relevant to them. During onboarding, all designated **Operational Contacts** are initially configured to receive the email notifications below. After onboarding, recipients for each notification type can be added, removed, or updated by submitting a **Request Support** form through the Help Center. --- ### Purchase Order Receiving Confirmation When a Purchase Order has been fully received (Purchase Order Status = **Completed** in your Dashboard), a confirmation email is sent with a link to view the **PO Receiving Report** (link available for 7 days). The report can also be accessed at any time in your Dashboard. **From:** [info@badgerfg.com](mailto:info@badgerfg.com) *(no reply)* --- ### Low Inventory Notifications When a SKU's **Free Quantity** falls below its configured Safety Stock Quantity, a low inventory notification is emailed to designated recipients. **Note:** Free Quantity reflects available inventory after accounting for quantities allocated to open orders.
