Received PO Notification

Once product is received to inventory (Purchase Order status is "Completed" in your Dashboard), clients are emailed a confirmation including an Excel copy of the Dashboard 'PO Receiving Report'.

Low Inventory Notification

Once product inventory "Free Quantity"  drops below a designated safety stock quantity [in your Dashboard], clients are alerted via email (see Inventory section).

Inventory "Free Quantity" accounts for open allocated order quantities.

Billing Sales Receipts

After billing is processed, clients are emailed a 'Sales Receipt' along with an Excel copy of the Dashboard Billing Report.

Bill of Lading Receipts

When an outbound freight / pallet order is picked up from Badger's warehouse, the Bill of Lading (BOL) is signed by Badger and the carrier; signed BOLs are scanned and emailed to clients by the end of the day (~4:30pm CT).
