Map Express Shipping Methods

Overview

For integrated stores (such as Shopify and WooCommerce), express shipping methods (1–3 business day delivery services) must be mapped by Badger before they can be used during order fulfillment. 

By default, shipment orders are rate shopped using standard 2–5 business day ground shipping services unless a mapped express shipping method is selected during checkout.

If you add or rename an express shipping method—such as FedEx 2 Day or FedEx Standard Overnight— submit a Request Support form in the Help Center. Our team will configure the mapping so future imported orders use the correct carrier and shipping service.

Note: Until a new express shipping method is mapped, affected orders will default to standard 2–5 business day rate shopping. 

When is Shipping Method Mapping Required?

Submit a Request Support form whenever you:

  • Add a new express shipping method to your online store.
  • Rename an existing express shipping method.
  • Introduce a new carrier or delivery service that should map to a specific shipping service.

Our team will configure the mapping so future imported orders use the correct carrier and shipping service automatically.
