View Inventory (Dashboard)

Your Dashboard inventory quantities update in real time, as products get received and orders get allocated, picked, packed, and "shipped".

Ecommerce Store Inventory Sync

Your Dashboard inventory quantities automatically sync to connected ecommerce platforms approximately every 15 minutes; this live inventory data can be viewed directly within your store.

Inventory quantities marked "On Hold" or "Damaged" in your Dashboard, will not sync to store "available" inventory.

Dashboard Inventory Reports

View inventory reports in your Dashboard, under the 'Inventory' and 'Reports' sections.  Once your products are received against the Purchase Order, inventory quantities can be viewed here.

Dashboard -> Inventory

  • *Total Inventory
The go-to report for viewing total consolidated product inventory (displays one line item per SKU).

The 'UOM Pack Type' column displays the product primary unit of measure designation (i.e. Unit, Case, or Pallet).  The 'UOM Quantity' column displays the total quantity of physical units on hand in the warehouse.

The 'Available UOM QTY' column shows the total quantity of units available for sale, taking into account quantities currently allocated to open shipment orders in queue.

The 'Open SO Quantity' column displays any product quantities committed to pending outbound sales orders, not yet processed.

The 'Damaged Quantity' column displays any inventory quantities marked as "damaged" or "on hold" - unavailable for standard order fulfillment.

For Kit items, the Kit Type column will display the type of kit, kit to order, or kit to stock.  Kit quantities are best viewed in the Kit Inventory report.
  • Inventory by Location
Displays inventory based on warehouse storage locations and inventory status.  In this report, you can reference product barcodes, inventory Lot Codes and/or Expiration Dates (if applicable), as well as warehouse storage locations, and pallet License Plates Numbers (LPN).

The 'Pack Type' column displays the configuration in which the products are packed or stored (i.e. Unit, Case, or Pallet); this corresponds to the 'Total Pack Quantity'.

The 'UOM Quantity' column displays the primary unit of measure quantity (vs. the Pack Quantity).  For example, the primary unit of measure for a product may be unit, but the inventory is stored in 12 packs; in this scenario, inventory may show 10 Cases for 'Pack Quantity' and "Pack Type" respectively, however, 'UOM Quantity' and 'UOM Type' would show 120 "Units".  'UOM Quantity' refers to the primary selling unit quantity.
  • Available to Promise (ATP)
Displays product quantities available for sale, including quantities expected from open Purchase Orders; refer to the planned ATP QTY column.  You can reference open sales order quantities and open purchase order quantities in this report.

Dashboard -> Reports

  • Kit Inventory
Displays inventory quantities for Kit-to-Order products, calculated based off available component SKU quantities; refer to the Total Inventory Capacity column.
  • Kit Component Inventory Availability
Displays inventory quantities for all corresponding kit component products.  The included Kits column displays the Kit SKUs in which the component product is included in.
  • Inventory Snapshot Report
Displays inventory data from a past date or date range.  Select the Snapshot Date filter to adjust the snapshot date range.  Dropdown-select "Custom" to input custom dates.  To specify a single day, input the same date in both From and To fields.  This report contains similar data columns as the 'Inventory by Location' report.

Search SKU / Filter Reports

Search for a particular product in inventory reports by entering a SKU code in the 'Search by SKU' field at the top of the report (specify Contains or Equals accordingly, in the dropdown to the left of the search field).

Utilize the Filter tab to the right of the search field, to filter reports by specific inventory data.

Total / Pack Quantity vs. Free / Available Quantity

Within your Dashboard inventory reports, you may see data columns for "Total" or "Pack" Quantity versus "Free" or "Available" Quantity.  Total / Pack Quantity is the quantity of physical units on hand, whereas the Free / Available Quantity takes into account open allocated order quantities.  For example, if there exists 100 units of a product in inventory, and there’s an open order for 10 units of that product, the Total Pack Quantity would show 100, and the Free or Available Quantity would show 90.

Export Reports to Excel

Select the 'Export As Excel' button on the bottom toolbar to export report details to an Excel file.

On Hold / Damaged Inventory

Inventory quantities marked "On Hold" or "Damaged" in your Dashboard, will not allocate to orders (these quantities are not included in "Free" or "Available" inventory); these quantities will not sync to integrated stores "available" inventory.

Inventory "On Hold" or "Damaged" status can be viewed in your Dashboard 'Inventory By Location' report, under the 'Damage Reason' column.  Reference product total 'Damaged Quantity' in the 'Total Inventory' report.

Filter your Dashboard 'Inventory By Location' report by 'Damage Reason', to view all On Hold or Damaged inventory.

Request Support in the Help Center to put inventory 'On Hold' status.

Product Expiry

Product may allocate to orders up to the date of expiration.  It is the client's responsibility to actively review inventory and Request Support to put product 'On Hold' as necessary.  By default, inventory past the expiration date will not allocate to new orders.
