View Receiving Reports
Overview
Use the receiving tools in your Dashboard to track the status of inbound Purchase Orders and review completed receiving activity.
First, monitor the status of your Purchase Orders to see whether receiving has started or been completed. Once receiving is complete, use the PO Receiving Report to compare expected and received quantities, identify any shortages, overages, and damaged inventory. For additional receipt details, including lot/batch numbers, expiry dates (when applicable), storage locations, and product condition at receipt, use the Receiving History Report.
After a Purchase Order has been fully received, a confirmation email is automatically sent to your designated operational contacts and includes an Excel copy of the PO Receiving Report.
