Request Support at the top of the Help Center for the quickest response from our support team—this is the best way to reach us. For operational requests (e.g., inbound freight, work orders, or claims), please use the forms under Operations.
A Badger team member will email you back as soon as possible. You can respond back directly in your email application (i.e. Gmail, Outlook, etc.) or via My Requests.
All inquiries or requests must be submitted via the Help Center; this is important for proper message routing, account security, and service quality. Your Dashboard or this Help Center may have your answer.
Your registered company associates can view and respond to all requests via the Help Center.
