Set Up a New Item

To set up a new item in your Dashboard, Request Support via the Help Center.

Request Support to set up all new items prior to entering on a Receipt or Shipment Order (this includes all new ecommerce items ex. Shopify); wait for setup confirmation before adding Kit SKUs to any outbound orders.

Provide the SKU, Name, barcode, Kit components if applicable, and Customs Declarations if you are shipping international (declared $U.S. value, HS Tariff Code, Country of Origin).  If setting up many items, attach an Excel file clearly listing all relevant data.

For ecommerce store items (i.e. Shopify), create the new Product listing in your store as usual, and then Request Support via the Help Center.

Although store SKUs automatically download to your Dashboard, further item setup / review is required via Request Support.

New items created within your ecommerce store download to your Dashboard for the first time at 12:00am CT.

Item Safety Stock Quantity

Optional*: once Dashboard inventory "free quantity" drops below Safety Stock Quantity, an automatic email will notify client of low inventory condition (specify Safety Stock Quantity when setting up new items or Request Support via the Help Center to update).
